Born somewhere between East & West, Don Amador landed in Chile at the time where recipes lived close to the source. Where the land was rich to provide the goods, that time where people were free to taste without judgment and when leisure was part of everyday’s life.

Don Amador quickly understood the assignment and decided to work on the recipes he collected throughout his journeys.
